Insight Retail Consulting helps expansion of exciting new food brand                  18th October 2005

Thanks to assistance from Insight Retail Consulting, Jumbucks has recently opened its Bristol store, its fourth in the UK.

Jumbucks is fast becoming known for its tasty and healthy Australian jaffle pies, which can now be purchased from Jumbucks stores in Wimbledon, Shepherd’s Bush, Bournemouth and most recently, Bristol. Insight Retail Consulting was appointed in June 2005 to assist Jumbucks with its UK development strategy, looking in particular at property search and acquisition, and franchise search and selection.

As well as securing the site in Bristol’s desirable Park Street, Insight Retail Consulting has been in negotiations on Jumbuck’s behalf with a franchisee in Scotland. Jumbucks’ growth to date in this highly competitive area is testament to the fact that they have hit on a gap in the market and are offering consumers a real alternative to traditional take away and café products.
