Hey Potato! Comes to the Circus

With social trend now dictating that we must source out healthy and nutritious good, Hey Potato provides a solution to such peer pressure.

Insight Retail has supported Hey Potato’s ventures fervently for a number of years, sourcing sites in town centres, such as Derby in the recently built Westfield Derby, which have proved successful.

With Insight’s help, Hey Potato have recently managed to secure another site, this one in the buzzing new shopping centre in the hub of Bristol, Cabot Circus. Located on the first floor, with popular Gourmet Burger Kitchen and Yo! Sushi, they find themselves in good company.

By providing a healthy yet tasty option, Insight are confident that Hey Potato will prosper in this up market area with a population that is health conscious.

Martin Bloom, Managing Director of Insight Retail, said that ‘We are delighted to have worked with Hey Potato! once again and look forward to a successful launch of the Cabot Circus branch, which  will open later this month.’
