Inside Customer Launch for IRC

 

In October IRC launched Inside Customer, a service offering bespoke customer intelligence and feedback programmes to retail, restaurant and leisure operators.

The key service from Inside Customer will be the mystery visit programmes, a service already long established by IRC, but rebranded under Inside Customer. However, as our clients and shoppers are finding out, Inside Customer has vastly improved our mystery visit service to allow online log-in for clients and shoppers alike.

The site provides clients with the ability to view all reports online, with easy navigation and the various options in order for them to view and share. They are also provided with summary tables in order to analyse, compare and contrast results as well as view historic visits.

Other services offered by Inside Customer include highly cost effective Online Customer Focus Groups, customer research (such as exit and enquirer surveys) and site research, which complements the services offered by the property side of IRC.

We are very excited about Inside Customer as it will provide greater depth to our customer intelligence services, allowing us to further assist national and local operators.

And by the way, IRC are also looking forward to the prospect of a refurbished IRC website - watch this space!
