IRC is delighted to announce the recent additions of experienced Chartered Surveyors Kevin Conibear and Raj Manek to our property team. We have also added Chris Taylor to our Customer Service Monitoring Team.

Kevin Conibear MRICS

Kevin joins from King Sturge as an associate, having specialised in the public house and leisure sector on an agency and professional basis. At Insight he is looking to develop the public house, restaurant and leisure sectors.

Raj, formerly of CB Richard Ellis, has a background commercial aquisitions and industrial and high street retail disposals. At IRC Raj is looking to develop on his agency and Lease Consultancy background.

Chris Taylor MA

Chris joins the Customer Service Monitoring team having a strong back ground in retail, catering and customer service. Chris currently manages our Customer Research programs, with heavy emphasis on our Mystery Shopping services. Chris is looking forward to maintaining the service provided to our current clients in CSM as well as expanding our Mystery Shopping services.
