A fusion of colour, style and high design comes to Bath

Jo Downs – one of the world’s most prominent fused glass designers – is set to open its fifth gallery in the heart of Bath’s boutique shopping quarter.  The gallery, offering spectacular glasswork gifts, homeware and jewellery, is nestled alongside some of the city’s finest retailers in the popular Northumberland Place.

With all designs made in Cornwall, the Bath opening is the South-West designer’s furthest outlet, following the popular demand for its unique glassworks. Elton John is a fan, and the portfolio includes commissions for The Royal Academy of Art and a ceiling in one of the world’s largest cruise liners!

The new outlet shall be no less glamourous and, alongside its siblings in Exeter, Padstow, St. Ives and Truro, will offer a tempting range of works, from perfect Christmas gifts to striking interior designs. Each piece is unique with a range including mirrors, jewellery, glass panels and cufflinks to name but a few.

So if you are looking for a bespoke design, a special gift, or simply want to adorn your living space with imaginative and vibrant designs, the new Jo Downs gallery – officially opening on Thursday 27th November – is surely the first place to visit.
