Las Iguanas Continue to Shine in the Northern Lights

After much persistence and endeavour from their retained advisors Insight Retail Consulting (IRC), Las Iguanas has unlocked arguably one of the most sought after locations for dining out in Newcastle, 62/78 Grey Street.

Situated in the heart of Newcastle’s commercial district, Insight Retail secured the premises off-market by agreeing a surrender of the existing leasehold interests and negotiating a new 20 year lease with PRUPIM for a newly combined unit of c4,900 sqft. Planning consent was recently granted to Las Iguanas for the change of use and they will commence fit-out in June of this year with an opening programmed towards the end of summer.
