Hi there, and welcome to our newsletter page. Such is the recent success of the newsletter we have decided to give it its own spot on the website. To read our current Newsletter please click here.

We started the newsletters way back in February '09 and they were originally published on an ad hoc basis.

Over a year on our Newletter is now published quarterly.

The newsletter provides a lively and informative guide to what’s happening in performance management, customer service and the consumer market in general. We also want to keep you updated on what we’re doing, so there’s regular news about that too. 

We want to help you focus on issues that are interesting or important in providing quality customer service in the retail leisure sectors.
