Newsletter

Hi there, and welcome to our newsletter page. Such is the recent success of the newsletter we have decided to give it its own spot on the website.

We started the newsletters way back in February '09. They have since been published on an ad hoc basis, something that is now changing.

In order for the newsletters to be packed full of informative, up to the minute news, views and issues our newletter in 2010 will be published on a quarterly basis.

The newsletter provides a lively and informative guide to what’s happening in performance management, customer service and the consumer market in general.  We also want to keep you updated on what we’re doing, so there’s a section about that too. 

We want to help you focus on issues that are interesting or important in providing quality customer service in the retail leisure sectors.
