Customer Insight Newsletter

February '09

Welcome to our newsletter!

Our newsletter provides a lively and informative guide to what’s happening in performance management and customer service.  We also want to keep you updated on what we’re doing, so there’s a section about that too.  We want to help you focus on issues that are interesting or important in providing quality customer service in the retail leisure sectors.

This issue will largely focus on the need to re-focus on staff and service during the recession.  Now is the time to build a brand’s reputation for quality service, as well as product.  The businesses that are able to do this, and continue to invest in their team when all around them are retrenching, can come out of a recession with increased market share and a new level of customers’ confidence.  We hope that we can help you achieve that.
