Oil & Vinegar is a Dutch-originated franchise, whose concept consists of an unusual culinary gift shop together with an exciting range of high-quality food and non-food products. Most of the food products come from the Mediterranean region-especially oils, vinegars, dressings, pasta, herbs and olives. Related non-food products include cookbooks, pasta dishes and cooking accessories. The products are geared towards a broad range of consumers, who 'appreciate the good things in life'.

 

Set up in 1999, Oil & Vinegar became a franchise chain in 2001 and now boasts over 36 stores in mainland Europe and 3 in the UK. The UK franchise commenced in the summer of 2002 and is now established in major city and retail centres including Bluewater, Bristol, Manchester and Newcastle. All of the UK stores are performing considerably higher than expected and as the concept is now fully established, Oil & Vinegar is seeking bright, enthusiastic individuals who can help create an international retail brand.
