Piccolino - One of Bristol Cabot Circus' success stories
Piccolino, the fine dining Italian restaurateur, has opened its twenty-second brasserie-styled restaurant in Bristol’s new £500m Cabot Circus. Piccolino adds the traditional charm and contemporary buzz of authentic brasseries to the scheme’s historic Quaker’s Friars piazza. The restaurant’s prodigious and stylish menu is matched only by its sleek decor, delightful al fresco terrace and carefully selected location. Insight Retail is proud to have secured the 5725 sq ft site which sits adjacent to luxury department store Harvey Nichol’s. Footfall within the scheme reached two million in just two weeks, affirming Bristol’s new city centre firmly as the place to be for both national and local restaurateurs and retailers. Piccolino, which operates as part of Manchester-based Individual Restaurant Company, has already proven enormously popular with both daytime shoppers and evening diners. With fresh pasta made onsite, homemade ice cream and an array of contemporary and classic dishes from some of the city’s top chefs, the restaurant is proving to be one of Cabot Circus’ many success stories.
