Insight Retail Consulting is proud to have been appointed retained agent for the restaurant chain, Spur Steak Ranches, advising in Spur’s property expansion and management of their property portfolio in the UK and Ireland.

Having been founded over forty years ago, Spur has proved a success with the restaurant now a global brand reaching as far as Australia and Mauritius.

Spur provide exactly what it says on the tin, specialising in steaks and other prime meat. With a mix of affordability, top quality food and a warm and relaxed atmosphere they have proved immensely popular

Spur Steakhouse is currently seeking to expand further across the UK and in the Republic of Ireland and are especially interested in leisure schemes and out of town retail parks.

Insight Retail Consulting will be handling all acquisitions together with ongoing lease consultancy and asset management. We are excited to be part of this ambitious expansion plan and look forward to our continuing relationship with Spur Steakhouse.
