Chandos Deli a key ingredient in Cabot's fine food line-up

With the opening of its new store and restaurant next to Harvey Nichols in Bristol’s Cabot Circus development, Chandos Deli has proved itself to be at the cutting edge of culinary fashion.

The caterer – deemed the ‘Best food retailer in the South West’ by the Observer newspaper – has eight stores in the south-west, and this sees their most ambitious venture yet, featuring a 2991 sq ft restaurant on the first floor. 

Insight Retail is proud to have secured the site on one of the main entrances to the stylish Quakers Friar piazza, where Chandos’ passion for fantastic food and wonderful wine surely rivals that of its prestigious neighbour, Brassiere Blanc. 

The light and airy restaurant has a minimalist feel designed to focus attention on the food itself, all based on the delectable deli produce for which Chandos is renowned.  With such impeccable ingredients it’s no surprise that the restaurant has already received rave reviews in the Bristol press. 

Downstairs, the 1698 sq ft ground floor deli is enjoying a roaring trade in locally roasted coffee, award-winning sandwiches and a mouth-watering range of cakes and pastries, all of which can be taken away or enjoyed in an outdoor seating area on the piazza itself.
