As solely retained agents for Loungers, the Bristol based bar and casual dining operator, IRC is delighted to announce the opening of the Seco Lounge at Royal William Yard on the Plymouth waterfront.
The former naval yard once played a major role in the supremacy of the British Navy and has recently been redeveloped by Urban Splash to provide a breathtaking eating and drinking experience in a mixed use development. The Yard is now playing a major role for Loungers with Seco, which opened on Thursday 18th March, already in the top three performing cafe/bars in the Loungers portfolio.
Occupying 3,500 sq ft the Seco Lounge is the 13th Loungers bar/cafe in cities and towns from Birmingham to Plymouth and Reading to Cardiff. Furthermore, not content to stand still the company want to increase the current portfolio to 30 sites by the end of 2013.
IRC continues to act as sole retained agents in Loungers expansion plans, in what is already proving to be a very exciting and fruitful relationship.
