Pearls for Joules
Joules has been working closely with Insight Retail Consulting (IRC) this year to source new sites for their expansion programme. IRC has secured new sites in both Lymington and Winchester for the fun and stylish apparel retailer.
The unit on the High Street in Lymington is well located, close to Crew Clothing, Henri Lloyd and Moshulu and is anticipated to open this year.
Again on the High Street, but this time in Winchester, the second unit has 1,858 sqft of sales space on the ground floor, secured on a 10 year lease at £100,000 per annum. The new store is on a prime corner pitch and has Russell and Bromley, LK Bennett and Jack Wills as neighbours. With such good company around, the new Joules store looks destined to thrive.
Insight Retail continues to work alongside Joules on their expansion plans and is always on the look out for suitable sites.
