The Cosy Lounge
Further to last month’s exciting news of the opening of Seco Lounge in Royal William Yard Plymouth, IRC has recently secured a further two sites for Loungers in Taunton and Southbourne, Bournemouth.
As part of Loungers continued expansion the unit on Southbourne Grove in Bournemouth is to become the Ludo Lounge. The site covers two floors, both over 3,000 sq ft., making it the 14th Loungers when it opens soon.
However, the Taunton unit is to be the site of the first Cosy Club, an exciting new brand from Loungers. As described by Neil Gerrard in the Caterer & Housekeeper Cosy Club will be a hybrid brand aimed more at female clientele, away from the more urbanised Loungers look.
IRC has secured the 5,200 sq ft Hunt’s Court site in Taunton for Loungers and the Cosy Club is sure to be another high quality product, with up to 12 planned by the end of 2013.
IRC is very excited to be working as sole retained agents for Loungers in sourcing further sites in their expansion of both the Lounge and Cosy Club brands.
