Surveyor/Senior Surveyor Required
Insight Retail Consulting is looking for a surveyor to join our Bristol based team. You will be actively working with a range of clients dealing with commercial agency, professional advice and new developments. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with post-qualification professional experience who enjoys challenges, is capable of working independently and has the capacity to prioritise effectively and organise a broad work load. Your contribution will be key to the long term success of the business.
Skills required
- Degree level qualification
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Retail and Leisure experience
- Drive and determination
- Ability to think ‘outside the box’
- Ideally based in Bristol or happy to relocate
- Property experience a benefit but not essential
Key Characteristics
We are looking for an individual either with a business or property related degree wishing to focus on the retail, restaurant and leisure sectors.
You should be a good communicator, possess good literacy skills, be analytical and enjoy working within a team environment. A confident, hands-on individual, you will also possess a clean driver’s licence as some travel may be required.
